Se stai nel bosco fino a quando viene sera
vedrai le ombre uscire dalle nebbie
e i tanti volti che vivon nella pietra
ti parleranno d'amori e di bestemmie.

Però tu non aver paura
perchè è solo la natura che ti chiama
però tu non aver premura
di tornare nella tua piccola tana
c'è un mondo immenso che ti attende
in questa magica foresta non lontana.

Se stai al fiume, sulle rive, quando piove
potrai varcar forse la porta dell'altrove
scarpe bagnate e ninfe allucinate
potrai provare sensazioni mai sognate.

Però tu non aver paura
perchè è solo la natura che ti chiama
però tu non aver premura
di tornare nella tua piccola tana
c'è un universo che ti attende
in questa magica foresta non lontana.

E se rimani nel bosco fino a dopo il tramonto
potrebbe non esser soltanto un racconto
le streghe, i pagani, le donne più infami
le serpi, il veleno, non puoi più farne a meno.


E se resti nel bosco più a lungo di ieri
non sai più chi sei e non sai più chi eri
ma c'è luce nel buio, quel fuoco laggiù
andiamo a vedere e non pensiamoci più.

IN THE WOOD

If you stay in the woods until evening comes
you'll see the shadows come out of the mists
and the many faces that live into the stones
will speak to you about loves and blasphemies

but don't be afraid
because it's only nature calling you
but don't be in hurry
to come back to your little lair
There is an huge world waiting for you
in this magical forest not far away.

If you stay at the river, on the banks, when it rains
you will perhaps be able to cross the door to elsewhere
wet shoes and hallucinated nymphs
you will experience never dreamed sensations.

but don't be afraid
because it's only nature calling you
but don't be in hurry
to come back to your little lair
There is a universe waiting for you
in this magical forest not far away.

And if you stay in the woods until after sunset
it may not be just a tale
witches, pagans, the most infamous women
snakes, poison, you can no longer stay without it.

And if you stay in the woods longer than yesterday
you no longer know who you are and you no longer know who you were
but there is light in the dark, that fire over there
let's go to see and stop thinking about it .
